When will I receive my order?

Each product is handcrafted with attention to detail. We usually fulfill orders within 2-7 business days, and if the product is available immediately, shipping may even occur on the same day. We prioritize quality, which is why slight delays may occasionally arise due to component availability or the precise manufacturing process.
Why is my candle different from the one in the photo?

Our products are handmade, and while we strive to make them as perfectly as possible, sometimes something might be cut slightly unevenly or crooked. We ask for your understanding, or for you to use the option of returning or exchanging the product.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made at home :) on the counter, with music playing.
How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery method and current carrier rates :)
Can I order with cash on delivery?

Not yet. GGWP is a small project created by gamers, for gamers. At the moment, we only offer online payments, but we're working on adding more payment and delivery options in the future.
Returns and Complaints

Our goal is the complete satisfaction of every customer with their purchases. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable regulations.
