When will I receive my order?

Every product is handmade with attention to detail. Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–7 business days, and if a product is available immediately, shipping can even happen on the same day. We prioritize quality, which is why slight delays may occasionally occur due to component availability or the precise manufacturing process.
Why is my candle different from the one in the picture?

Our products are handmade, and while we strive for the highest quality, occasionally something might be cut slightly unevenly or crooked. We kindly ask for your understanding, or for you to consider returning or exchanging the item.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made at home :) on the counter, with music playing.
How much is shipping?

Shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery method and current carrier rates :)
Can I order with cash on delivery?

Not yet. GGWP is a small project created by gamers, for gamers. At the moment, we only offer online payments, but we're working on adding more payment and delivery options in the future.
Returns and Complaints

Our goal is the complete satisfaction of every customer with their purchases. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable regulations.
